i first faced the world in june 1962, cologne ( germany) my place of birth.
after some short or longer stages in vienna/salzburg/hamburg i am now living
in berlin. with the age of 7, i started to take pictures with a kodak box 620,
a birthday gift. unfortunately i did not own this camera any more, like most
of my other cameras ( kodak instamatic/zenit/voigtlander/lubitel/canon/nikon/
minox...ect), which did escort me partially until today.
there was barely no break in taking photos all the time, but in 2000, as my
father, a terrific photographer (chaim kanner) died,
i fortified my photographic ambition....i can not explain.
i am addicted to music and to photograph is mostly a balance or inspiration to
making music or working as a lighting designer.
i do not like to bow my work to a special style......perhaps i can`t!
